Thereby, you can expect a level of high quality assurance not offered by any other organisations.
Outcome:
Due to this privileged status carrying its responsibilities and duties to all associates; RE. Specialists have established this Code of Ethics to encompass policies, consisting of workmanship, training and knowledge standards that comply with moral virtues.
Obligations To The Public:

Work in compliance with all laws and regulations relating towards the business’ commercial activities, considering the social and environmental impacts of those actions.

Members shall neither communicate nor promote the business’ professional services in false, misleading or deceptive manners.

Employees must conduct all services with regard to the safety, health and welfare of the public.
Obligations To The Client:

Employees are obligated to their clients to carry our professional work conscientiously, competently and in a professional manner.

Employees must exercise unprejudiced and unbiased judgement when performing all professional services.

Employees shall not conduct themselves in a manner involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit nor bias.

Obligations To Fellow Professions:

To strive for the continued vocalisation and improvement to the image and reputation of real estate services by good business practices.

Refrain from the use of false, misleading or deceptive marketing or advertising practices that may result in the degradation of the industry’s image.

Encourage associates to respond in a professional manner.

Prices to be set at a suitable rate that will cover operating expenses and relevant labour rates.
